The Program:

We are of the belief that children of all ages benefit from interacting with other children of different ages. We believe in the "village" philosophy where younger children learn from older children and in turn, older children develop a sense of accomplishment and responsibility by participating (should they choose) in the supportive care of the younger children. Our daily schedule provides for opportunities for children of different ages and developmental levels to interact, teach and learn from one another.

Of course, each child is also individually supported by our staff based on considerations such as development (emotional, social, cognitive, physical), chronological age, peer relations, etc. Many of our activities are specifically geared to the developmental level of each child so that they may be nurtured based on their individual progress.
